Accessibility Statement.
Diamond Pool Maintenance is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible and usable by all visitors, including those with disabilities. We view accessibility not as a compliance checkbox but as a fundamental aspect of providing a good experience to everyone who visits our site.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our accessibility standard. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
We review our website’s accessibility on an ongoing basis and make improvements when deficiencies are identified. This is a continuous process, not a one-time effort.
Current Accessibility Features
- Semantic HTML5 structure with a logical, consistent heading hierarchy (H1 through H3) on every page
- Descriptive alternative text (alt text) on all meaningful images — decorative images are marked appropriately
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background elements, meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the website — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
- Descriptive, meaningful link text — links describe their destination rather than using generic labels like “click here”
- Resizable text support — content reflows without loss of functionality when text size is increased up to 200%
- No content that flashes more than three times per second — seizure risk content is not present on this site
- Form labels properly associated with input fields
- Skip navigation link available for keyboard users
Known Limitations
- Third-party embedded content — including Google Maps and certain form elements built on third-party platforms — may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working with our vendors to address these limitations.
- Older PDF documents, if any are linked from this site, may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate or replace any such documents.
We are committed to resolving these known issues and welcome feedback that helps us identify additional barriers.

Third-Party Content and External Links
Our website may contain links to or embed content from third-party services such as Google Maps and social media platforms. We are not able to guarantee the accessibility of third-party content and encourage users to review the accessibility statements of those services directly.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may wish to contact the responsible enforcement body for accessibility standards in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act provide frameworks for accessibility requirements.
Statement Review and Updates
This accessibility statement was last reviewed and updated in June 2026. We review the statement and our accessibility practices periodically — and whenever significant changes are made to the website — to ensure the information remains accurate and current.
